Paul pivoting his healthcare career through Mater Education

Paul, a Certificate III Health Services Assistance graduate, has always been an empathetic and compassionate person. With a collective 12 years of experience in community services and disability support, he decided to pivot his career into providing hospital-based care through Mater Education.

“I’ve always been drawn to helping other people. I’ve worked in retail and hospitality in the past, but I’ve always gotten the most fulfilment from providing care.”
