This course is designed for any member of the community who wants to learn skills and techniques to build resilience, both professionally and personally.
Course structure

This course is delivered over a four hour active learning workshop featuring participant discussion, practice of techniques, reflective journaling and action planning with an extensive workbook provided.

Workshop topics include:

  • Stress is good for you
  • Your north star: The power of ‘why’
  • Going south: What stresses you out?
  • Neuroscience and the mind mastery of resilience
  • Being centred
  • Three easy techniques
  • What energises you?
  • What helps you wind down?
  • Action planning
