Masterclass: Giving Feedback on Feedback

Reflective feedback conversations can stimulate higher levels of thinking, contribute to deeper learning, and impact future performance in both receivers and givers of feedback. However, opportunities for developing, refining and evaluating such skills are few.

This two-hour workshop will engage participants in deliberate practice and learning how to give feedback on feedback; and discuss techniques for evaluating the quality of such feedback. This workshop is designed in partnership with our affiliate partner, Center for Medical Simulation.
