Medical Administration

The following units of competency are included in this course:
- BSBMED302 Prepare and process medical accounts
- BSBMED303 Maintain patient records
- BSBMED301 Interpret and apply medical terminology appropriately
- BSBMED305 Apply the principles of confidentiality, privacy and security within the medical environment
- BSBCUS301 Deliver and monitor a service to customers
If you have successfully completed any of the above units previously, please contact us before applying and paying for the course. You will need to enrol through a different process, to ensure you don't pay for the unit/s you don't need.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment, which will be recognised for credit into the following qualifications:
- HLT37315 Certificate III Health Administration
- BSB31115 Certificate III Business Administration – Medical
- Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance

Duration
The course is delivered in four full-day workshops (8.15 am – 3.30 pm), and includes online learning for independent study.
The course may be held over:
- one day per week over four consecutive weeks.

Cost
$750 including:
- interactive participant manual

Refunds:
On enrolment and prior to attending your selected course Mater Education will provide you with online course materials via our Learning Management System.
Should you change your mind prior to commencing the program (i.e. you do not access the course materials), a full refund will apply less a $35 administration fee.
If you access the course material at any time and then change your mind, Mater Education is not obliged to provide you with a refund.
