Robyn Dickie—Education Coordinator - Simulation, Mater Education

Robyn is a registered nurse and health professional educator who has worked extensively in both the hospital setting and among university faculty.

As an Education Coordinator—Simulation for Mater Education, Robyn oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of simulation-based educational opportunities for medical, nursing and allied health staff.

In the past five years she has been integral to the development of a number of student focused simulation-based interprofessional education programs which are helping to transform traditional learning experiences for students pursuing professional healthcare roles.

​Robyn has a keen interest in the ability for simulation-based training to enhance teamwork and collaboration in healthcare towards improved patient outcomes.

She is currently undertaking doctoral studies to evaluate post-graduate experiences of interprofessional education.
