Cancellation and refund policy 1

If Mater Education cancels a course it will either:

  • refund any fees paid in full
  • offer an alternate date.

If enrolled participants wish to cancel, notifications to cancel enrolment must be received in writing no less than 10 business days before the start of the course. Fifty per cent of any fees paid will be refunded providing no pre-course material has been provided. Refund will not be given to:

  • cancellations received less than 10 business days before the course starts
  • participants who don’t complete the course once it starts
  • participants who fail to attend.

Refunds will take approximately 14 business days to process.

Once pre-course material has been provided (either hard copy or electronic) refunds will no longer be available. Even if participants don’t collect hard copy learning materials, once Mater Education has shipped materials it will be deemed the responsibility of the recipient and no refund will be available.
