This three-and-a-half-hour workshop features interactive discussion and application of High Value Conversation principles to your own professional context.
You will learn:
- Elements of a culture of engagement – motivation, accountability and psychological safety.
- Skills to engage in open, constructive conversations and confidently challenge unsafe or unprofessional behaviours.
- The role of the receiver in communicating for impact.
- How to apply conversational frameworks for giving and receiving feedback, and escalating concerns.
