High Value Conversations
Mater Education's award-winning High Value Conversations program is designed to create an important cultural and transformational shift that empowers you to have open conversations with your colleagues, question unsafe behaviour regardless of your position and ensure safety is prioritised.
Initially developed for use within a healthcare setting, the High Value Conversations course principles are transferrable to most organisations and workplaces that are seeking to create a transformational cultural shift through the way conversations are conducted.
Give yourself the foundational tools to engage in open conversation and empower yourself in the workplace.
