I still love teaching as much as the day I started more than 20 years ago. I get the opportunity to share my lived experience with the students I teach.

Teaching students the skills pathology collectors do can not only change their lives with a potential career change, but also can change the lives of patients and those who they come into contact with.

When I started working in a hospital, I always found nursing teachers were as rare as hen's teeth.

So, I started to educate myself and verify my understanding with a teacher or my senior nursing staff, and they encouraged me to become a teacher.
